Ingredients

  • Oil for shallow frying
  • 2 tbsp - plain flour
  • 1/4 cup - water
  • 1/2 cup - bread crumbs
  • For burgers:
  • 1/2 kg - cooked smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 1 - cup cornflakes, finely crushed
  • 1/4 cup - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1 - egg
  • 2 -potatoes, boiled, peeled and smashed
  • salt as per taste
  • For dip:
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp - sour cream
  • 1 tbsp - cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 - green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1/8 tsp - mustard sauce
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/8 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1/2 - onion, grated

How to Make Smoked Salmon Burgers

  • Blend eggs, mayonnaise, onion, chillies in a blender. Remove in a bowl.
  • Add mustard sauce, pepper powder and salt.
  • Add sour cream and cheese. Mix it well.
  • Chill for an hour.
  • Mix all the ingredients of burgers except egg.
  • Separate egg and mix the egg yolk to the egg mixture. Mix it well.
  • Make 6 patties of the mixture.
  • Make a paste of plain flour and water.
  • Add egg white to it and mix well.
  • Dip the patties in the paste.
  • Roll them in bread crumbs.
  • Shallow fry till golden brown.
  • Serve with dip.
