Ingredients

  • 1 - long French bread
  • 2-3 - Lettuce leaves
  • 1 - tomato, sliced thinly
  • 4 to 5 - Cucumber slices
  • 1 - small onion, sliced
  • 1/2 cup - smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup - mayonnaise (of your flavour)

How to Make Smoked Salmon Sandwich

  • Warm the bread in an oven. Slice it lengthwise.
  • Spread mayonnaise on both sides.
  • Put the lettuce leaves on one slice.
  • Layer with cucumber, tomato, onion slices and smoked salmon.
  • Close the slice with the other slice.
  • Warm the sandwich for 2-3 mins in oven again.
  • Slice the sandwich half. Serve with wafers.
