Ingredients

  • 350 g - sugar
  • 1 tsp - lime juice
  • 1 can - soda
  • 1 tbsp - sarasaparilla syrup
  • 350 ml - water

How to Make Soda sarbat

  • Make sugar syrup with 250 ml water and 250 g sugar.
  • Caramelise remaining 100 g sugar and add 100 ml water. Let it cool.
  • Now mix both and set aside.
  • In a tall glass, add 1 or 2 tsp of syrup, lemon juice, sarasaparilla syrup and soda.
  • Serve chilled.
