  • 700 g - butter
  • 400 g - icing sugar
  • 2 - egg yolks
  • 1 kg - flour

How to Make Soft Butter Cookies

  • Cream the butter and icing sugar in a steel bowl.
  • Add in the egg yolks one by one, keep creaming and take care that the mixture does not split.
  • Add in the sieved flour and knead to a nice soft dough.
  • Roll in your palms and give desired shape.
  • Bake at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes.
