  • Rice flakes - 1 cup
  • Rice - 2 to 2.5 cups
  • Methi seeds - 1 tsp
  • Curd - 1 small cup
  • Green chillies - 4

How to Make Soft Dosa

  • Soak the rice flakes, rice, methi seeds in curd for 1 night.
  • Add a little water if necessary. Grind the contents along with the chillies.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Let the batter rest for 6 to 8 hours.
  • Place a ladle of batter on the pan and spread a little. Fry till red and serve with chutney.
