How to Make Soft Mysore Paak

  • Pour 1/2 cup ghee in a kadai, add channa atta and roast it on a low flame till it turns golden brown. Keep aside.
  • Make sugar syrup of single string consistency.
  • Add the roasted channa atta and keep stirring.
  • Add the remaining ghee little by little till the mixture thickens and ghee separates out.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased tray.
  • Cool for 2 mins and sprinkle 2 tsp of sugar on the mixture.
