Ingredients

  • 1 grated - Raw Mango (should be very sour)
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 4 - Cloves of Garlic
  • 2 - tsp of Sugar
  • 2 tsp - roasted crushed Peanuts
  • 1 - chopped Tomato
  • 2-3 - long beans (optional)
  • 1tsp - salt
  • How to Make Somtam:

    1. Make a fine paste of chillies and garlic.
    2. Mix the paste, sugar, tomatoes (chopped) and salt.
    3. When serving mix raw mango (grated), peanuts and long beans.
