Ingredients

  • 1 grated - raw mango (should be very sour)
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 4 - cloves of garlic
  • 2 - tsp of sugar
  • 2 tsp - roasted crushed peanuts
  • 1 - chopped tomato
  • 2-3 - long beans (optional)
  • 1tsp - salt

How to Make Somtam

  • Make a fine paste of chillies and garlic.
  • Mix the paste, sugar, tomatoes (chopped) and salt.
  • When serving mix raw mango (grated), peanuts and long beans.
