  • 1 cup - mixed vegetables (finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, capsicums, coriander)
  • 3/4 cup - sooji
  • 6 pieces - bread
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper
  • How to Make Sooji Bread Sandwich:

    1. Add all finely chopped vegetables with sooji.
    2. Mix enough water to make a smooth paste. Add salt and pepper
    3. Apply the paste on a bread slice evenly, on one side.
    4. Put some oil on a tava and toast the bread on both sides.
    5. The side with the paste will get slightly golden brown.
    6. Serve with tomato sauce.
