Ingredients

  • 1 cup - mixed vegetables (finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, capsicums, coriander)
  • 3/4 cup - sooji
  • 6 pieces - bread
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper

How to Make Sooji Bread Sandwich

  • Add all finely chopped vegetables with sooji.
  • Mix enough water to make a smooth paste. Add salt and pepper
  • Apply the paste on a bread slice evenly, on one side.
  • Put some oil on a tava and toast the bread on both sides.
  • The side with the paste will get slightly golden brown.
  • Serve with tomato sauce.
