Ingredients

  • 1 cup - rava
  • 1 cup - Ghee
  • 1 cup - grated Coconut
  • 3 cups - Milk
  • 5 cups - Sugar
  • How to Make Sooji ka burfi:

    1. Put all the ingredients in a heavy bottom pan or kadai and place it in medium fire.
    2. Keep it stirring till it leaves the bottom.
    3. Pour it in a greased plate. And cut to pieces.
