Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Sooji kesari
  • 1/4 cup - Maida flour/all - purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp - Milk
  • 2 pinch - Baking soda
  • Salt
  • Oil for Deep Frying

How to Make Sooji Kesari Seeyam

  • Mix maida flour, milk, baking soda and salt into a thick batter and keep it aside.
  • Heat the sooji kesari in microwave oven so that it will be easier to make small balls.
  • Take a small portion from the hot kesari and roll them as small balls.
  • Heat oil for Deep frying and dip each balls into the maida batter and put them in the oil.
  • Fry them well until they get well cooked; drain the excess of oil in a paper towel.
  • Serve hot.
