  • 1/2 cup - suji (semolina rawa)
  • 1.5 cup - milk
  • 5 tbsp - sugar
  • 2 tbsp - ghee
  • 1/4 tsp - cardamom powder

How to Make Sooji Kheer

  • Take milk, sugar and cardamom powder in microwave proof bowl.
  • Add 1 cup water and microwave on high for 1 min.
  • In an another bowl, add ghee and suji and microwave for 1 min. Stir after 30 seconds.
  • Add parboiled sweetened milk mixture, mix well and microwave for 3 mins stirring in between twice after 1 min.
  • Serve hot.
