How to Make South Indian Mor Kuzhambu

  • Beat the yogurt thoroughly.
  • Add methi seeds, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Keep it aside.
  • Grind coconut, cumin seeds and green chillies into a paste.
  • Add the paste to the yoghurt.
  • Heat it for a little while until a foam comes up on the surface.
  • Switch the stove off.
  • Roast mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves in oil and pour on top of the kozhambu. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rice.
