Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken - washed
  • 1 tbsp minced Garlic
  • 1 bottle soy sauce

How to Make Soy-Garlic Chicken

  • Rub the outside and the inside of the chicken with garlic.
  • Pour soy sauce into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add chicken in soy sauce and turn frequently for one hour.
  • Bake in a 350 degree C oven until tender. (If you leave the chicken in the soy sauce too long, the flavour of the sauce will be too strong.)
