Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 sprig - curry leaves
  • 1 - tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 cup - soy granules
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsp - garam masala powder

How to Make Soy Granules Fry

  • Cook soy granules as per the instructions shown on the packet.
  • In a wide pan, heat oil.
  • Add finely chopped onions and fry till it is golden in color.
  • Add curry leaves to it and saute it well.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and stir it well for 2 -3 minutes.
  • Add red chilli powder and turmeric powder to it. Stir it well on low heat for 2 minutes.
  • Add soy granules, salt and pepper powder to it.
  • Cover it with a lid and cook on low to medium heat for 10 minutes or until it is done.
  • Sprinkle garam masala powder and serve it with rotis.
