Ingredients

  • Soya bean green seeds - 200gm
  • Green chillies - 4
  • Green onions
  • Spinach - 1 bunch
  • Mint leaves - 1/4 bunch
  • Cilantro - 1 bunch
  • Dhania powder-1.5 spoon
  • Salt according to taste
  • Oil -12 tsp

How to Make Soy Greens

  • Finely chop green onions, spinach, mint leaves and cilantro.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add soy beans and fry it until it is little soft.
  • Add green chillies and fry it for a minute. Add rest of the green leaves, salt and fry it until almost cooked.
  • Add dhania powder at the end and remove it from the heat.
  • Enjoy with rice, rotis, naans or puris.
