  • 1 cup - soybean chunks
  • 1/2 cup - green peas
  • 1 - boiled and mashed potato
  • 1/4 tsp - haldi
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - dhania jeera powder
  • A little grated coconut
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Soya bean chunk's curry

  • Soak the soybean chunks in hot water for about 10 minutes.
  • Drain and rinse the chunks well.
  • Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Add the chilli powder.
  • When you see bubbles, add the soybean chunks and the peas. Stir.
  • Then add in haldi and dhania-jeera powder and salt.
  • Add some water. Add in the potato and the coconut.
  • Cook for 15 -20 minutes ensuring there is sufficient water for the gravy.
