Soya bean curry is a popular gravy dish full of goodness of soya beans. Being high in protein, the dish is on healthy side and is great source of protein every day.

This vegetarian side dish is prepared in tomato gravy with sauteing technique. Also known as rajma, they go perfectly with rice and apalams. The easy soya dish is very famous among vegetarians especially kids love it. You can learn how to make it at your own home by following the detailed recipe guide below.


  • 250 g - Soya bean
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 - tomato, sliced
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 1/4 tbsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • How to Make Soya Bean curry:

    1. Heat oil and add chopped onions. Fry till it becomes tender.
    2. Add tomatoes and turmeric powder. Fry for 2 mins.
    3. Fry soya bean. Add salt, sliced green chillies and fry for 3-5 mins.
    4. Add a little water to make a thick curry.
    5. Cook for 5-7 mins. Serve with rice.
