How to Make Soya Biryani

  • Boil rice separately along with cloves.
  • Once it is done, add 1 tbsp oil, mix it and keep it aside.
  • Boil water, add soya chunks to it and cook till it is done.
  • Fry paneer and keep aside.
  • Now take a kadai, add oil or butter, then add mustard seeds, cinnamon stick, bay leaves.
  • Start adding onion, ginger garlic paste and stir well.
  • Finally, add all the spices and coriander leaves.
  • Add soya chunks and cover the kadai for 3-5 min. Allow the chunks to cook with masala.
  • Once it is done, add salt, the cooked rice and fried paneer. Mix well and serve.
