Ingredients

  • 1 kg - Chicken
  • 2 bunch- Onion leeks, chopped
  • 4 flakes- Garlic, chopped
  • 3 - Chillies, red dry
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 4-5 -pepper corns
  • 2 tsp - Honey
  • 2 tbsp - Soya Sauce
  • salt to taste.

How to Make Soya Chicken

  • Wash and cut the chicken into small pieces, and keep aside.
  • Then chop the onion leeks and garlic into fine pieces.
  • Now break the red chillies into pieces and deseed them.
  • Now heal oil in a kadai, saute the red chillies and the garlic .
  • Add the chicken, the soya sauce, the pepper corns and fry until everything mixes well and the chicken is tender.
  • Serve hot.
