Ingredients

  • 100 g - soya granules
  • 1 cup - hot Milk
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 - onions, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato puree
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Haldi powder
  • 3 tsp - refined oil
  • salt to taste

How to Make Soya Curry

  • Soak the soya granules in hot milk for 10 minutes.
  • Heat the oil. Fry the onions till golden brown, then add the other ingredients one by one.
  • Lastly, add the soya with the milk and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
  • Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves along with naans or chapattis.
