Ingredients

  • Soya Milk - 1 cup
  • Whole Wheat flour - 1/4 cup
  • Green chilli, chopped - 1
  • Onion, grated - 1
  • Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
  • Eno's fruit salt - 1/4 tbsp
  • Oil for cooking
  • salt to taste

How to Make Soya Dosa

  • Make a thin batter with the soya milk, wheat flour, green chilli, onion, coriander, fruit salt, salt and water. Mix well.
  • Heat a non-stick tava and grease it with oil.
  • Pour 2 tbsp of the batter on the tawa and spread it using a circular motion.
  • Cook on both sides with a little oil.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter.
  • Serve hot.
