Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Soya flour
  • 1.5 cup - Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - Dill leaves
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam masala powder
  • Salt
  • 1 cup - Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil
  • Oil for cooking
  • 1-2 tsp -all - purpose flour for dusting.

How to Make Soya flour and Dill Paratha

  • Combine the soya flour, the wheat flour, dill leaves, garam masala powder, salt in a large bowl.
  • Meanwhile beat the yoghurt with olive oil and gradually add all the different types of flour and knead into a soft dough.
  • Keep it aside.
  • Divide the dough into 8-10 medium sized balls and dust them with the all-purpose flour.
  • Now roll out the dough into a circle, adding flour if needed.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, and place the rolled out circle on the hot pan.
  • Now drizzle the oil and cook on both sides until the paratha get well cooked.
  • Repeat for the entire dough.
  • Serve immediately with a side dish.
