  • 1 cup - Soya flour
  • 1.5 cup - Wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup - Dill leaves
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • Salt
  • 1 cup - Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil
  • Oil for cooking
  • 1-2 tsp -all - purpose flour for dusting.
  • How to Make Soya flour and Dill Paratha:

    1. Combine the soya flour, the wheat flour, dill leaves, garam masala powder, salt in a large bowl.
    2. Meanwhile beat the yoghurt with olive oil and gradually add all the different types of flour and knead into a soft dough.
    3. Keep it aside.
    4. Divide the dough into 8-10 medium sized balls and dust them with the all-purpose flour.
    5. Now roll out the dough into a circle, adding flour if needed.
    6. Heat a non-stick pan, and place the rolled out circle on the hot pan.
    7. Now drizzle the oil and cook on both sides until the paratha get well cooked.
    8. Repeat for the entire dough.
    9. Serve immediately with a side dish.
