Ingredients

  • 100 g - Soya tofu, grated
  • 50 g - Gram flour
  • 2 tsp - White flour
  • 80 g - Sugar
  • 5 - Walnuts- powdered
  • 1 tsp - Sweet Cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • How to Make Soya Gram Flour Burfi:

    1. Roast the gram flour in a thick bottom pan in 1 tbsp of ghee or soya oil.
    2. Mix this with the grated tofu and heat through.
    3. Grind this with the remaining ingredients in a mixer.
    4. Grease a thali with some milk and spread the mixture on it.
    5. Flatten the mixture and cut into burfis.
