Ingredients

  • Kheema (minced mutton) - 1/2 cup, cooked
  • Soya granules - 1/2 cup, prepared as per directions on the pack
  • Onions - 1 cup, chopped
  • Tomato - 1 cup, chopped
  • Grated Coconut 1/4 cup
  • Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • Cumins - 3/4 tsp
  • Fennel - 1/2 tsp
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • Cloves - 3
  • Cinnamon - 1 piece
  • Ginger - 2 cm
  • Oil - 3 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Soya Kheema Fry:

    1. Grind chilli powder, pepper, cumin, fennel, mustard, cloves, cinnamon and ginger to a paste.
    2. Heat oil in a non-stick fry pan.
    3. Add chopped onions and saute well.
    4. Then add masala paste and fry for a minute.
    5. Add the chopped tomatoes and fry well.
    6. Add kheema, soya and salt.
    7. Add coconut and coriander leaves.
    8. Mix well and remove from fire.
