If you thought the delicious dish of kebab could only be enjoyed by those who eat non-vegetarian, think again! The vegan dish of Soya Seekh Kebab is here to invigorate your taste buds. Kebabs which originally came from the Middle-east have now found popularity in various forms across the entire world.
Healthy, fresh and making for a great snack dish, the best part about this dish and recipe is that the kebabs are grilled, making it the healthiest version!

Learn how to make this Veg Kebab. This Soya Bean Kebab involves boiling soaked soya flakes (instead of the hard nuggets), finely chopped vegetables and Bengal gram dal for 5 minutes before adding non-soaked flakes, green chillies, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, chopped onions, oatmeal, and salt to the delectable mix. After letting the paste sit aside for a good one hour, skew the paste on the skewers in a preheated Oven Toaster Griller (OTG), turning them regularly so that the kebabs are evenly browned on all sides.

Once your Soya kebabs are done, serve them hot with mint chutney, tomato ketchup and onions squeezed with lemon juice. What more you want if you are having a dinner party at your house, these wonderful tasty and yet healthy soya granule kebabs serve as perfect appetizers to be had on the side.
