How to Make Soya Seekh Kebab

  • Soak the soya flakes in water for about 5 mins.
  • Boil Bengal gram dal, soya flakes, finely chopped carrots and beans for 5 mins.
  • Add unsoaked flakes, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, green chillies and garam masala to the above. Grind into paste.
  • Add oatmeal, oil, salt and remaining spices.
  • Mix well in paste. Let it stand for 1 hour.
  • Grease your hands. Skew on skewers and grill in the pre-heated OTG for 10 mins at 220 C, occasionally turning them, so that they are evenly brown on all sides.
  • Serve hot with spring onions and tomato ketchup or pudina chutney.
