Ingredients

  • Soya flour- 1 cup
  • Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  • Grated tomatoes- 1 cup
  • Grated Green chillies -1 tsp
  • Dhaniya patta- 1 tsp
  • Jeera- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water - 1.5 cups
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp
  • How to Make Soya Tomato Dosa:

    1. In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
    2. Make a semi-thick batter with 1.5 cups water.
    3. In a small kadai, heat ghee and add mustard. Once it splutters, add to dosa batter.
    4. Rest covered for 15 mins.
    5. Take a tawa. Heat on medium flame. Season with a little oil.
    6. Take a ladleful of batter and swirl on tawa.
    7. Drizzle oil on both sides.
    8. When the underside is golden brown, flip and cook for 2 mins or till the other side is done.
    9. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
    10. Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
