Ingredients

  • Soya flour- 1 cup
  • Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  • Grated tomatoes- 1 cup
  • Grated Green chillies -1 tsp
  • Dhaniya patta- 1 tsp
  • Jeera- 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water - 1.5 cups
  • Ghee - 1 tsp
  • Mustard - 1/2 tsp

How to Make Soya Tomato Dosa

  • In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Make a semi-thick batter with 1.5 cups water.
  • In a small kadai, heat ghee and add mustard. Once it splutters, add to dosa batter.
  • Rest covered for 15 mins.
  • Take a tawa. Heat on medium flame. Season with a little oil.
  • Take a ladleful of batter and swirl on tawa.
  • Drizzle oil on both sides.
  • When the underside is golden brown, flip and cook for 2 mins or till the other side is done.
  • Repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • Serve hot with chutney of your choice.
