Ingredients

  • 100 g - Cauliflower
  • 100 g - Capsicum
  • 100 g - Paneer
  • 100 g - Onion
  • 100 g - soya nuggets
  • 2 tbsp - garlic-ginger
  • 6 - Green chillies | 1 cup - Curd
  • salt
  • Red Chilli - to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric
  • Oil
  • A dash each - chaat masala and Lemon juice
  • How to Make Soya Veg:

    1. Cut vegetables into big pieces.
    2. Soak soya nuggets for 1/2 an hour.
    3. Now marinate all these vegetables in garlic, ginger, chilli paste and curd for 1 hour.
    4. Then heat an oven and bake vegetables till done.
    5. In the end, spread chaat masala and lemon juice on it.
