Ingredients

  • Potatoes, boiled - 2
  • Soya granules, boiled and strained - 1/2 cup
  • Carrots, boiled - 1
  • Onion, chopped - 1
  • Green chilli, chopped - 1
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder- 1 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves, chopped
  • Amchur - 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs - 2 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1tsp
  • Chaat masala - 1 tsp
  • Oil for shallow frying

How to Make Soya Yummy Patties

  • Take a bowl, add boiled mashed potatoes, soya granules, finely chopped carrot, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and green chillies. Mix well.
  • Mix all the masalas with the chopped coriander leaves and bread crumbs.
  • Add to the vegetables and mix well to form a dough.
  • Make small balls, shape into patties and keep it in the fridge for 1/2 hour.
  • Shallow-fry it and serve with tomato sauce.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala before serving.
