  • 2 cups - soybeans (soaked in water for 8 hours)
  • 1 inch - Ginger
  • salt
  • 4 - Green chillies
  • Rice Flour - 1-2 tsp (optional)

How to Make Soybean Dosa

  • Grind the soyabeans in a grinder, with ginger, salt and chillies to taste.
  • Add water and flour till you get the consistency of idli-atta.
  • Heat a non-stick pan, pour about 2 large spoons of soya mixture. Spread with a spoon, cover and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  • Flip and cook other side without covering.
