How to Make Soybean Nuggets Curry

  • Soak soyabean nuggets in hot water for 10 mins till soft. Squeeze out all the water from the nuggets.
  • Place mixed vegetable in microwave on high for 10 mins.
  • Heat oil, fry finely chopped onion, garlic, ginger and green chillies.
  • Add dhania powder, haldi powder, garam masala, salt and then add tomato puree. Stir for 3 mins.
  • Add soybean nuggets and mixed vegetable. Stir and keep it covered on medium flame for 5 mins.
  • To serve, garnish with 1 tbsp curd and finely chopped coriander leaves.
  • Goes well with paratha, phulka.
