Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Spaghetti (1/2 packet)
  • 2 tbsp - Garlic (chopped finely)
  • 2 - Red Chillies
  • 2 to 3 tbsp -Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Spaghetti Aglio Olio:

    1. Cook spaghetti with water and salt until soft yet firm enough to chew. Drain water and set aside.
    2. Chop garlic and red chillies finely.
    3. Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic. Fry till light brown.
    4. Add red chillies.
    5. Saute for a minute and add cooked spaghetti.
    6. Stir once and toss for 2 mins to combine.
    7. Season with pepper and serve hot!
