Ingredients

  • 500 grams - minced Beef or Mutton
  • 100 grams - Mushrooms chopped
  • 2 large Onions chopped
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Garlic
  • 1 cup - Tomato puree
  • 100 grams - spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp - Butter
  • 3 tbsp - grated cheese
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Celery
  • salt to taste

How to Make Spaghetti, Mince And Mushroom Casserole

  • Melt the butter in a pan and saute the onions and chopped garlic till brown.
  • Add the minced beef/mutton, mushrooms, tomato puree, salt, pepper, celery and mix well. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Add the tomato sauce and mix well.
  • While the mince is cooking, boil the spaghetti in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and add it to the mince.
  • Mix well.
  • Transfer to a buttered baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  • Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees) for 15 minutes.
  • Serve hot with toast and mashed tomatoes.
