Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups - fine dried breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup - chopped celery
  • 500 g - spaghetti, boiled in salted water,drained and transferred to a warm bowl
  • 250 g - meat, cooked
  • 3 to 4 tbsp - olive oil
  • 2 cloves - garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsps - unsalted butter, melted and kept warm
  • 5.5 tbsp - grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and freshly ground pepper

How to Make Spaghetti with Bread, Garlic & Meat

  • In a saucepan, warm the oil on medium heat, add the garlic and breadcrumbs.
  • Stir the saute until the mixture is golden in colour.
  • In a large bowl, mix the butter, celery, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, meat, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the spaghetti.
  • Toss and mix well.
  • Serve immediately.
