  • 3-4 tbsp - extra virgin Olive oil
  • 2 - Cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 cups - fine breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbsp - unsalted butter, melted and kept warm
  • 1/2 cup - finely chopped Celery
  • 5.5 tbsp - Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 500 g - spaghetti, boiled in salted water and drained
  • How to Make Spaghetti with breadcrumbs and garlic:

    1. In a saucepan, warm the oil on medium heat, add the garlic and breadcrumbs.
    2. Saute until the mixture is golden in colour.
    3. In a large bowl melt the butter, celery, cheese, salt and pepper.
    4. Add the spaghetti.
    5. Toss and mix well. Serve immediately.
