How to Make

  • For the meat balls:
  • Soak bread in water. Squeeze and add to meat with finely chopped onion, parsley and cheese.
  • Make into balls and keep aside.
  • For the sauce:
  • Heat oil, add chopped onion, crushed garlic and cook till golden.
  • Add blanched, pureed tomatoes, sugar, thyme, pepper and salt.
  • Lower heat cover, add meat balls and cook gently for an hour.
  • Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  • Once the sauce is done, spoon over spaghetti and serve.
