Ingredients

  • 1 pack - spaghetti
  • 3 tbsp - Butter
  • 2 cups - baby Spinach
  • 2 - Tomatoes (deseeded)
  • 4 - Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 cup - mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup - parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup - Cream
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • salt to taste
  • Red Chilli flakes.
  • How to Make Spaghetti with tomato and spinach cream sauce:

    1. Cook spaghetti as per package directions.
    2. Heat butter in a pan, add chopped garlic and red chilli flakes, saute.
    3. Then add chopped and deseeded tomatoes, spinach and salt. Mix well and saute for 5 mins.
    4. Then add milk and bring to a boil.
    5. Add 1/2 cup grated mozzarella and cream, mix well.
    6. Butter a baking dish, then add spaghetti and pour sauce over pasta.
    7. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
    8. Bake at 350 degrees F in a preheated oven for 20 mins.
