How to Make

  • Cook spaghetti as per package directions.
  • Heat butter in a pan, add chopped garlic and red chilli flakes, saute.
  • Then add chopped and deseeded tomatoes, spinach and salt. Mix well and saute for 5 mins.
  • Then add milk and bring to a boil.
  • Add 1/2 cup grated mozzarella and cream, mix well.
  • Butter a baking dish, then add spaghetti and pour sauce over pasta.
  • Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F in a preheated oven for 20 mins.
