How to Make Special Aloo Peas Hari mirchi Dumwala

  • Take a fork and make holes on the potato to make it porous.
  • In a pressure cooker heat oil and put cumin, black pepper, clove and coriander.
  • Then put potatoes, green peas and green chillies, fry for 2 mins and add salt, garam masala and deggi mirch.
  • After a minute put curd in the cooker and mix well.
  • Close the cooker and allow one whistle and keep on mild heat for 3 mins.
  • Serve after the pressure subsides.
