How to Make Special Banana Loaf

  • Sieve together maida and baking powder 3 times.
  • Beat the butter with a electric beater till soft and fluffy.
  • Add sugar to it, and beat again till it blends well together.
  • Beat egg whites till peaks are formed. Beat egg yolk too.
  • Mix the maida to the above sugar and ghee mix.
  • Add the egg yolk first and then the egg white.
  • Mix this in one direction only.
  • Mix in the mashed bananas.
  • Put this in a round greased pan and bake at 220 degrees C for half an hour or till done.
