How to Make Special beef fry

  • Clean and wash the beef and place it in a pressure cooker.
  • Paste the powders, fennel and garlic. Mix with the beef. Add enough water, salt and cook.
  • Open the lid and if excess water is left, cook till it evaporates.
  • Remove it in a wok and fry continuously, adding enough oil till it clears out.
  • Garnish with chopped fried coconut.
