  • 4 cups - fresh bread crumbs
  • 4 tbsp - coconut powder
  • Sugar - according to taste
  • 3 tbsp - desi ghee
  • Raisin - a few
  • Cardamom - 1
  • Cashew - a few
  • Pistachio - a few.

How to Make Special Bread Pudding

  • In a deep pan, fry fresh bread crumbs and coconut powder with ghee till it becomes light brown.
  • Mix raisins and cashews.
  • Add a little water just to soak the crumbs.
  • Then add ghee and sugar and let it fry.
  • Pour in a serving bowl.
  • Garnish with cardamom and pistachio.
  • Serve.
