Ingredients

  • 2 - Medium sized Cucumbers finely chopped
  • Mint chutney (made with a bunch of coriander, green chillies and pudina/mint leaves and very little salt and blended in a mixer with a little water)
  • salt to taste
  • A pinch of red chilli powder
  • Half a lemon
  • 1 cup - Chopped Onion
  • 1 cup - Chopped Tomatoes

How to Make Special Cucumber Salad

  • Wash, peel and chop the cucumbers into fine pieces.
  • Add the mint chutney, chilli powder, salt and squeeze the juice of lemon over it.
  • Add chopped onions and tomatoes to the base mix along with the lemon juice.
  • You can have it as is or with chips, papad or khakras.
