  • 2 -eggs
  • 1 tbsp - fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1- 2 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp - grated cheese
  • 1/2 - small onion, finely chopped
  • 1.5 tbsp - oil
  • salt.

How to Make Special Egg Cheese Omelette

  • Separate the whites and the yellow of the eggs.
  • Beat the white of the eggs for a few minutes till fluffy.
  • Now add the finely chopped green chillies, onions, coriander leaves, and salt. Keep aside.
  • Beat the yellow separately and add it to the whites. Mix well.
  • Meanwhile, heat the tawa and pour oil on it.
  • Evenly pour the egg mixture on the hot tawa.
  • Cook on a low flame.
  • When one side is almost done, evenly sprinkle the grated cheese and gently fold the omelette.
  • Cook on a medium flame till done.
  • Serve.
