  • 1/2 kg - cashew nuts
  • 100 g - ground sugar
  • 25 ml - water

How to Make Special Kaju Barfi

  • Grind cashewnuts, and sugar separately.
  • Make sugar syrup boiling only once.
  • Add cashewnuts on low heat.
  • Mix well.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Spread on a smooth surface and roll out quickly with a rolling pin.
  • Cut into square shapes.
