How to Make Special Kanda Poha

  • Wash poha and drain.
  • Add a pinch of sugar and salt to taste, and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, hing, green chillies, haldi, and onion and saute for 5 mins.
  • Add peanuts and poha and mix well.
  • Cover and cook for a minute.
  • Garnish with coriander, coconut and a dash of lemon juice.
