Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - semolina
  • 1 tsp - chopped ginger
  • 4 - green chillies chopped,
  • 2 - tomatoes chopped,
  • Salt to taste,
  • 1 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 6 slices - Bread
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Special Light Bite

  • Mix all the ingredients except bread and make a smooth, thick paste.
  • Cut bread slice into 4 square pieces.
  • Cover one side of the bread with the paste.
  • Deep fry till golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve.
