  • 1 cup - yellow split moong dal
  • 1 cup - raw rice
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 1 - onion
  • 25 gm - ginger
  • 50 gm - grated coconut
  • Finely chopped coriander - to garnish
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

How to Make Special Moong Dal Dosa

  • Soak rice and dal separately for 6 hrs.
  • Grind the dal and rice separately to a medium thick consistency.
  • Now, grind the ginger, chillies, onion and coconut to a fine consistency and mix it well with the batter.
  • Finally add salt and chopped coriander leaves.
  • Use either a non-stick or a conventional tava to prepare the dosa.
