  • 1 cup - Besan (chick pea flour)
  • 2 cups - Ghee
  • 2 cups - Sugar
  • 1 cup - Water
  • 4 to 5 - Cardamoms

How to Make Special Mysore Paak

  • Roast besan in a pan for a 4-5 minutes.
  • Mix sugar with water in a pan and let it boil.
  • Now add the slightly roasted besan in it and mix well.
  • Cook on a low flame.
  • Stir it continuously till the mixture turns slightly pink.
  • Now add the ghee to it.
  • Cook it stirring continuously on a low flame until all the ingredients mix well.
  • Now add the crushed cardamom.
  • Pour the mixture onto a plate and let it cool.
  • Cut into small pieces and serve.
