Ingredients

  • 500 gms - Wheat flour
  • 250 gms - powdered Sugar
  • 375 gms - Ghee
  • 4 tbsp - yogurt
  • 2 tbsp - baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp - Nutmeg [optional]

How to Make Special Nankhatai

  • Blend ghee well. Add sugar gradually.
  • Then add nutmeg and yogurt and baking soda.
  • Finally, add wheat flour gradually.
  • Make small balls with hand and bake it for 15 minutes on medium heat.
