Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - kheema
  • 50 gms - Chana dal
  • 10 flakes of garlic
  • 5 green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp - mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 pinch of turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp- garam masala
  • 9 eggs
  • 1.5 tsp - refined flour
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Special Nargisi kofta

  • Clean and wash the kheema and cook in a pressure cooker with all the spices and a cup of water till three whistles.
  • Grind the kheema to a fine paste in a blender.
  • Fold in one beaten egg and 1.5 tsp. refined flour to make a soft dough. Keep aside.
  • Take 8 hard boiled eggs.
  • Make hollow balls with the kheema dough and place the hard boiled egg in the middle.
  • Seal well and drop in hot oil and fry till golden brown.
  • Let cool and cut into half.
  • Serve with onion rings.
