Ingredients

  • 250 g -onions
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 1/2 inch -ginger
  • 50 g -channa flour
  • 1/2 tsp -red chilli powder
  • salt
  • oil

How to Make Special Onion Bhajji

  • Cut onions lengthwise.
  • Chop green chillies and ginger finely.
  • Mix all 3 together and sprinkle 1 tsp water over them.
  • Add 1 tsp hot oil to this mixture.
  • Add channa flour, red chilli powder, salt and mix gently.
  • Sprinkle mixture lightly over hot oil.
  • Fry till crisp and golden brown.
